social media weekIt happens to the best of us: we become overly ambitious and run ourselves to the ground. We live in a 24/7, non-stop world, and there is SO much to keep up with. But to stop when everything (i.e.: the Internet, in all its BuzzFeed glory) is at our fingertips sounds crazy, right? Well, I don’t suggest you stop… but maybe we should slow down. But most importantly, I encourage a peace practice to counterbalance overworking.


There are some great reasons to unplug and slow down:

  1. Too much of anything is not good for you. 
    Moderation is key and when you begin to tip over and overwork or over use/abuse of the Internet, it begins to disrupt your spirit.  Spirit is not a commonly mainstream word so replace that with energy.
